Which server software can I run?
Pick it from the Software menu when you configure your server. The current list is Paper, Purpur, Folia, Leaf, Vanilla, Forge, Fabric, NeoForge, Quilt, Arclight (Hybrid), Velocity, Velocity-CTD, BungeeCord, Geyser Standalone, PicoLimbo, NanoLimbo and LOOHP Limbo.
Where are the servers?
In Brussels, Belgium and Ashburn, Virginia. You choose the location when you configure your server, and checkout tells you if a location is full.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly, every three months or yearly, and the longer terms cost less per month. Prices can be shown in AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP or USD; switch currency from the menu before you add anything to your cart.
Can I upgrade later?
Open the server in your account and choose Upgrade. If your plan does not show that option, open a ticket and ask.
What can I do in the control panel?
Start and stop the server, use the live console, edit files in the browser or over SFTP, manage databases and backups, schedule tasks and give other people their own access.
I need more than the listed plans.
The Custom Plan lets you choose RAM, CPU cores and storage yourself. For anything beyond that, ask on Discord or open a ticket and we will put it together for you.
