These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the game-server hosting and related services provided by UntitledHost ("we", "us") through untitledhost.net. By creating an account, placing an order, or using any service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. Keep your password and panel credentials secure; we are not liable for loss caused by credentials you failed to protect.
2. Services and payment
Services are billed in advance on the cycle you select (monthly, quarterly or annual). Payment is taken through our payment processor (Stripe). If a renewal payment fails, the service may be suspended after a grace period and terminated if it remains unpaid, at which point its data may be permanently deleted.
Prices may change; we will give notice before a change affects your existing service at renewal.
3. Refunds
New game-server orders may be refunded within 72 hours of the first payment if you are not satisfied. Renewals, services that have been suspended for an Acceptable Use breach, add-ons, and domain or licence fees are non-refundable. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first will result in immediate termination.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use our services to:
- run or distribute cheats, "griefing" tools, stressers/booters, or launch denial-of-service or other attacks against any target;
- host malware, phishing pages, pirated software, or content that is illegal where you or your users are located;
- store or share child sexual abuse material, or content that harasses or threatens others — this results in immediate termination and a report to the relevant authorities;
- run crypto-mining, mass-mailing, or other resource-abusive workloads not related to game hosting;
- attempt to break out of your container, access other customers' data, or probe our infrastructure.
We may suspend a service immediately, without refund, to stop an active abuse, attack, or legal risk, and will tell you why as soon as practical.
5. Backups and data
Automated backups are a convenience, not a guarantee. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important. We are not liable for data loss.
6. Availability
We target high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream network issues, and attacks can cause downtime. Nothing in these Terms is a service-level guarantee unless we have agreed one in writing.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the 1 month before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, players, or data.
8. Termination
You can cancel at any time from the billing panel; the service runs until the end of the paid period. We may terminate for a breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or if we stop offering a service (with pro-rata refund of unused prepaid time in that last case).
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or on untitledhost.net. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
